This place has been friendly and reasonably fast. I was worried based on prior reviews but donating plasma shouldn't necessarily be a super fast process anyways. They keep things moving and the time it takes to get pulled back is to ensure you are safe to donate. Good work to all that work here thanks for what you do.

This use to be my favorite plasma place but recently the staff is so slow and rude, it’s now become my least favorite place to donate and probably won’t be back. Over half of the beds are open and there’s 10+ people waiting for a bed and they don’t call anyone for at least a half hour. The pay sucks compared to the other plasma centers. The only good thing is it’s clean but definitely not worth the hassle of 2, 3 or 4+ hours you have to go through to get done. I don’t think I’ll be back

I refuse to donate somewhere where I cannot get to know the people working on me and be friendly with them. Other than that the experience was fine. In the future, if you're not comfortable with someone asking you questions or talking to you about yourself let them know instead of going along with the conversation like you're enjoying it. Don't be a coward. But what am I saying? That's the generation we live in right now, right?

This place is awesome! Over the years, I think I've donated at every center in Wichita and Grifols/Biomat is the best! ALL of the staff are extremely kind, friendly, and diligent. Special shout out to Anthony, Charles, Tasha, and James!

I became a new donor 11-2-23. I did all that was required of me and it went well. Then I went to see my girlfriend at a motel and called them from the motel to set an appointment. The worker set up the appointment for me and when I showed up, they wouldn't let me donate because I called from a motel. The worker shouldn't have set up the appointment and should of said something over the phone to me. Instead, they let me waste time and money getting there and back for nothing.

The entire process is extremely slow!! I understand the importance of donating plasma and the people it can help. I just don't have 2 to 4 hrs to sit there & wait. There is no sense of urgency with staff. I have never gotten out of there under 2 hrs. I am very discouraged with going back. Figure out the waiting time frame and you will get repeat donations. On a good note, the place is clean and staff are friendly.

First time attempted donor. Went in and was told my veins are good to go, went through the whole process for a new donor, get called to a bed and then I'm told that my veins are too "iffy" to donate and that when the phlebotomist is uncomfortable sticking, the person who did the vein check is who is supposed to come stick us. Well that person had gone home for the day! I spent almost 3 hours only to be told that I can't donate and to make it worse, I don't get compensated for my time. Sure I can go back in 2 days and try again, but who has the gas or additional time to waste? Please do better.

The tall, ghetto Mexican chick with goofy teeth will screw with the needle, your vein, and use the machine to put air into your veins if she has an issue. Next time somebody like me will absolutely drop you. You learn to respect people when they say not to do something to their own body, you weak and pathetic excuse for a human.
